1. Overview
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Physio Pulse
subscriptions. We aim to be fair and transparent with all our customers.
2. Free Trial
Physio Pulse may offer a free trial period. During the trial, no payment is
charged. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid billing.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app
- Cancellation stops the auto-renewal of your subscription
- You will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period
- No partial refunds for the unused portion of the current billing cycle
4. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment made after cancellation without access being restored
- Service unavailable for extended period due to our fault
Partial Refund Cases
- Billing error on our part that resulted in overcharge
- Subscription charged after a valid cancellation request
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after using the service
- Dissatisfaction with features that were listed before purchase
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Subscription not used during the paid period
5. Refund Process
- Email us at hello@shunyadigit.com with your registered email and reason.
- We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund is credited back to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions in case of:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or abusive use
- Non-payment of subscription fees
In such cases, refunds will not be provided for the remaining period.
7. Subscription Downgrade
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for the difference.
