Physio Pulse is a physiotherapy clinic management platform that provides patient records management, clinical assessments, care plans, invoicing, and reporting. The service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Account Registration

• You must be a qualified healthcare professional to use Physio Pulse
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription & Payment

• Physio Pulse is offered on a subscription basis (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-transferable
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal
• All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Use the service to violate patient confidentiality laws

6. Patient Data & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all patient data you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations. Physio Pulse provides reasonable security but is not liable for data breaches caused by user negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and trademarks associated with Physio Pulse are the exclusive property of the company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Physio Pulse is not liable for clinical decisions made by users based on the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
